Burcu Özüpak Güleç
National Project Manager, RESLOG, SALAR International
Özüpak-Güleç graduated from Mimar Sinan University, Department of City and Regional Planning in 2000. She completed her master's degree in International Relations and EU Policies at Marmara University EU Institute, in Urban Design at Mimar Sinan University in 2003, and in Social Policy, Sociology and Social Research at Kent University in England in 2005. Özüpak-Güleç took part in many projects in the fields of urban and regional planning, policy and strategy development, governance and participation. Some of her important works include the coordination and consultancy of the 2013, 2023 and 2028 Istanbul Regional Plans at Istanbul Development Agency, and the Istanbul Vision 2050 Plan at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Istanbul Planning Agency. Since 2016, he has been working with international organizations, local governments and civil society as an expert and consultant at İkiiki Consultancy, of which she is the founding partner.
Since 2019, he has been a senior expert in the SALAR International RESLOG Project (Resilience in Local Governance Project), coordinating the Mayors' Migration Platform and Local Economic Development Components of the Project. As of 2023, she continues to work as the National Project Manager of RESLOG Project.
