Adil Orçun Kaya

Adil Orçun Kaya graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Gazi University in 2009. 

He completed his master’s degree in Structural Engineering at the Institute of Science, Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in 2010 and earned his PhD from the same department in 2017. Between 2010 and 2017, he worked as a research assistant in the Building Materials Division of the Civil Engineering Department at ITU. From 2017 to 2019, he served as a Superstructure Quality Control and Quality Assurance Engineer within the İGA Joint Venture for the Istanbul Airport Project. Between 2019 and 2021, he worked as a Senior Control and Quality Assurance Engineer within the DLSY JV Joint Venture for the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge Project.

In 2021, Kaya joined İSTON A.Ş. as the Head of the Anatolian Side Structure and Material Laboratory. In December 2023, he was appointed as the Acting Quality and R&D Manager, and as of March 1, 2024, he officially assumed this position.
