Agata Krause is a Senior Specialist in Partnership Development and Institutional Engagement at UN-Habitat.
She holds a PhD in sustainability assessment and has worked as a researcher and policy adviser for the UN, EU institutions, and other organizations. Over the past 10 years, she has supported the sustainability transformation of numerous Member States, cities, institutions, and communities.
She has developed a range of international publications, including seven city profiles, three Voluntary Local Reviews, guidelines for policymakers, and sustainability reports for 56 Member States, among others.
Krause believes that delivering sustainability transformations faster and at scale requires innovation, strong infrastructure, quality data, partnerships, and vision, and she is actively mobilizing stakeholders and partners to make it a reality.
