Aişe İçli

Aişe Içli graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Urban and Regional Planning in 2012.

In 2013, she began her career as an urban planner at the Konya Metropolitan Municipality, Department of Transportation. In 2019, she completed her master’s degree at Konya Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering Program.

In the fields of transportation, mobility, and urban planning, she has successfully managed transportation master plans, action plans (such as cycling), SUMPs, public transport, active mobility, intermodal integration, accessibility, innovation, shared mobility, green transition in transportation, and road safety projects. She has been involved in all phases of these projects, including public participation, design, procurement, and implementation. Her professional experience of working with different disciplines has enhanced her vision, motivation, research skills, and project development capacity across various fields.

 Combining project management, analytical thinking, policy development, and communication skills, she has played key roles in projects related to her field within her institution, including stakeholder and citizen engagement as well as multi-disciplinary project teams.

She currently works at Konya Metropolitan Municipality, where she is responsible for the management and coordination of sustainable transportation, innovation, climate-friendly, and smart mobility projects. She also manages processes related to funding, grants, and external financing to support these projects.

Her focus is on inclusive and innovative approaches to sustainable transportation, innovation, climate-friendly, and smart mobility, aiming to create mobility solutions that accelerate the transition toward greener, socially inclusive, and more livable urban spaces.
