Ali Faruk Göksu is an urban planner who gives advisory services to the public and private sectors especially for urban regeneration projects. He has implemented several public-private partnership projects in Turkey. He was the general director of the first public-private partnership company that organized the Orange Blossem Valley Project. He is a negotiation specialist to bring landowners, developers, and the public sector on the project basis. He is dealing with the new urban instruments such as the transfer of development rights, negotiation, and community participation models and methods for the pilot projects, especially in Anatolian cities in Turkey. He also gives lectures about urban regeneration at the university.
He is also the founder partner of TAK Kadıköy, TAK Kartal, Vision Atelier and Atelier Muğla Bir, Nilüfer Design Atelier, and Çeşme Vision Atelier.
