Alp Arısoy

Alp Arısoy graduated from the MSGSU Architecture Department, completed his master’s degree in Urban Landscape at Politecnico di Milano, and earned his PhD at Istanbul Technical University (ITU). 

From 2010 to 2020, he served as the Coordinator of the Urban Studies Department at the CEKUL Foundation, where he carried out urban-scale conservation, revitalization, and strategic planning projects in Anatolian cities. His research and publications focused on cultural policies, urban life, and the social structure of cities. He was one of the co-founders of Urban.koop (Urban Studies Cooperative) and managed the field and research projects of the cooperative.
