Anastasia Sukhoroslova is the Berlin-based Founder and CEO of All Things Urban, the leading global career platform and community for urban professionals. With nearly 100,000 members worldwide, the platform connects talent with impactful opportunities and helps organizations, universities, and city-focused initiatives showcase their projects and engage with international expertise across urban planning, mobility, technology, and sustainability. 

She drives All Things Urban’s international growth and partnerships, enabling institutions and companies to strengthen their visibility and attract top talent in the urban field. She also co-leads the GeoSpatial Hub powered by All Things Urban, a global initiative advancing the application of GIS and spatial analysis in urban practice. The Hub works with municipalities, city networks, research institutes, think tanks, and diverse organizations to build capacity through courses, customized training, and consulting. Its flagship program, GIS and Spatial Analysis for Urban Practitioners, has already trained 200+ professionals from 35+ countries, equipping them to use spatial data for city planning, climate resilience, mobility strategy, and informed decision-making.

In addition to her leadership roles, Sukhoroslova is an active speaker at international conferences and urban forums, where she shares insights on global talent development, capacity-building, and the role of spatial data in shaping future-ready cities.
