Ayşe Deniz Arıcan

Ayşe Deniz Arıcan graduated from Istanbul University Department of International Relations in 2006 and completed her master's degree at the Marmara University Institute of European Studies.

She has been working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Directorate for EU Affairs (DEUA) since 2010. She is working on EU Pre-Accession financial assistance for Türkiye, she has experience on PraG Rules; in programming, coordination, implementation of grant and service projects; has knowledge on EU Programmes. She continues her duty as the İstanbul Contact Point of DEUA and also assists the Intereg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme.
