Büşra Al

Büşra Al graduated from the Department of Architecture at Yıldız Technical University in 2008.

She continued her education in the Architectural Design Master's Program at Bilgi University between 2008 and 2010. After completing her master's degree in 2010, she worked in various offices and founded PLUGOFIS in 2014. During her student years, she received numerous awards in student competitions, including S.O.S. - AKM and Archprix Türkiye. In her professional career, she received awards including the Adana Sucuzade City Square Architectural Project Competition (1st Prize), the Kadıköy Square Urban Design Competition (Equivalent Prize), the Golden Horn Shores Design Competition (1st Prize), the Antalya Muratpaşa Multi-Purpose Exhibition Center Competition (2nd Prize), and the ITU Faculty of Business Administration Architectural Project Competition (1st Honorable Mention). She simultaneously served as studio manager at various times at ITU, Yıldız Technical University, and Kadir Has University.

She continues his work at PLUGOFIS, which she founded.
