Çağrı Yıldırım

Çağrı Yıldırım has been serving as the Director of the EU Framework Programmes at TUBITAK and the National Coordinator of the EU Horizon Europe Programme since 2022. 

He has also held the positions of National Contact Point for Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe in the field of Energy within the same department since 2015. In these capacities, he has undertaken leadership responsibilities in numerous projects under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II and IPA III) as well as the EU Framework Programmes.
