Cem Ocak

Cem Ocak works as an infrastructure sector banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Joining the EBRD in 2020, Ocak leads projects in the areas of urban transport, drinking water, wastewater, solid waste, renewable energy, and social infrastructure projects in various provinces of Türkiye. He also engages in policy dialogues with various public institutions and metropolitan municipalities and plays an active role in developing comprehensive action plans.
