Cemil Oğuz

Cemil Oğuz began his career as a project manager in the transportation department of an urban planning firm, where he managed and delivered a range of projects.

Following the MBA at Istanbul Bilgi University, he worked for three years as a mid-level manager at a proptech company, where he was responsible for producing customized real estate reports (including city reports, due diligence reports, and real estate valuation reports) tailored to clients’ decision-making processes.

In 2021, he joined WRI Türkiye (World Resources Institute Türkiye – Sustainable Cities), an international non-profit organization, as Urban Mobility Manager. In this role, he has focused on projects related to urban mobility, transportation policies, transport planning, accessibility, walkability, urban governance, micro-mobility, participation, and capacity building.
