Chiara Mignani
Dr., Social Impact Consultant & Researcher, King's College London
Chiara Mignani is a social impact strategist and consultant working internationally at the crossroads of culture, urban change, and community resilience. Her work focuses on helping independent cultural spaces and creative organisations build sustainable models that attract investment, unlock international partnerships, and strengthen their social value.
She currently collaborates with Creative United (UK) and the Lumbardhi Foundation (Kosovo), where she designs impact frameworks, runs participatory workshops, and connects grassroots initiatives with external funding. As Kosovo facilitator for the EU-funded OPE.N Innovation Nodes project, she has led multi-city dialogues in Pristina, Peja, and Prizren, translating local challenges into actionable strategies and policy recommendations.
Her background bridges academia and practice: she teaches and researches at King’s College London and UCL, while also advising cultural organisations on funding diversification, internationalisation, and hybrid business models. She specialises in building cases for Social Return on Investment (SROI) and in connecting local actors with UK, EU, and foreign sources of support.
