Ece Çizel Girişken

Ece Çizel Girişken worked for five years in market research companies and non-governmental organizations after graduating from the Sociology Department of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. 

During this time, she gained experience in research methods, data analysis, reporting, and understanding social needs through fieldwork. Since 2013, she has been working as a sociologist at Kadıköy Municipality. For over eleven years, she has been actively involved in fieldwork, project development, and implementation processes in the field of social services. Her work focuses on ensuring equal and fair access to services for all segments of society, including the elderly, children, youth, women, men, and people with disabilities. She has taken part in Kadıköy Municipality's pioneering social service projects and continues to contribute to the development of social services in local governments through her field experience and project management expertise.
