Elif Avcı

Elif Avcı is a social psychologist and a learning & experience designer. Her work explores how communities grow stronger, how individuals unlock their potential, and how learning can be designed to create social impact.

She combines her multidisciplinary academic background from Türkiye, the UK, and Italy with long-term projects carried out with young people and adults in the public sector, local governments, and civil society.

As a co-founder of YERELİZ Association, she works for more inclusive, participatory, and resilient cities, and as a member of the Advisory Board of ALDA Europe, she contributes to bringing local practices to the global stage. What excites her most is designing processes where people come together to create transformation—both in their own lives and in society.
