Elif Kahraman

Elif Kahraman graduated from the Department of Environmental Engineering at Yıldız Technical University. She works at the Marmara Municipalities Union (MMU) as an Assistant Environmental Management Specialist and serves as the MMU Project Coordinator for the MACRO CLEAN Project, implemented under the INTERREG-NEXT Black Sea Basin Program.

Kahraman also contributes to the coordination of the MMU Environment Platform, which consists of representatives from MMU member municipalities working in the field of sustainable environmental management. Her work focuses on local governments, environmental management, sustainability, and climate change.
