Ervin Sezgin

Ervin has a PhD in urban and regional planning from Istanbul Technical University. He taught at the same university at masters and undergraduate levels between 2014 and 2018. 

Meanwhile, he served as project manager and urban governance and planning specialist for Salar- International, UN-Habitat, the Turkish Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, development agencies and local governments in Türkiye. 

As a part of his work, Ervin prepared various technical and policy advice reports and wrote academic research papers. His academic publications and professional interests focus on international migration, urban governance and regional policies and politics.
