Frosina Simonovska Antevski holds a master’s degree from the Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation at the Faculty of Philosophy, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University. She has 16 years of management and coordination experience in the civil society sector at both local and national levels, with a particular focus on special education and rehabilitation.
With over 16 years of direct experience working with adults with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities, Antevski develops individualized programs, conducts assessments, and provides direct support. She actively contributes to shaping local policies for people with disabilities and participates in numerous professional training programs aimed at improving the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities. She is a certified trainer in personal assistance. In her master’s thesis, she focused on the employment of individuals with intellectual disabilities in North Macedonia, analyzing models for sheltered workshops and integration into the open labor market.
