Göktuğ Köseahmet is a research assistant in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Gebze Technical University. He completed his master’s degree in the Real Estate Development Program at Istanbul Technical University (ITU) and is currently pursuing his PhD in the Urban and Regional Planning Program at ITU.
His academic research focuses on urban land and housing markets, informality, housing and planning policies, and foreign housing acquisition.
