Görkem Volkan

Görkem Volkan pursued her architectural education at Yıldız Technical University, Department of Restoration, New York Pratt Institute, and Yeditepe University. After graduating from the Department of Architecture at Yeditepe University in 2004, she worked at Nabil Gholam Architects in Lebanon, where she served as design coordinator for several large-scale mixed-use projects in Qatar and Dubai.

Volkan founded GVDS in 2006. In addition to developing architectural concepts and implementation projects at various scales both in Türkiye and abroad, she also undertakes the interior architectural design and implementation projects of large-scale commercial and residential spaces.
