Hazan Sertkaya

Hazan Sertkaya graduated from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Middle East Technical University (METU) in 2020. She completed her master’s degree in the same department at METU in the winter of 2023.

She began her professional career in 2022 as a research assistant in the department of public administration and, as of fall 2024, continues her career as an Assistant Expert at the Training and Projects Directorate of the Marmara Municipalities Union (MMU). In addition, she carries out her work within the MMU’s Management Development Center (YGM) and the Migration and Social Policies Center (GPM).
