Hüseyin Gazi Coşan

Hüseyin Gazi Coşan graduated from Marmara University, Department of German Language Teaching in 1993, and in the same year began his civil service career as an Information Officer at the Ministry of Tourism.

He served as the Protocol Manager of the Turkish Pavilion at the Expo held in Hannover, Germany, in 2000. Between 2000 and 2007, he worked at the Taksim and Sultanahmet Tourism Information Offices. He later served as Culture and Promotion Attaché in Berlin, representing Türkiye at international tourism events. Following his role as Deputy Director at the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, he joined Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, where he worked as Secretary General of the “Tourism Platform.” Most recently, he was appointed Manager of Tourism for the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, a position he currently holds.
