İlknur Şahin

İlknur Şahin is the Program Manager of Foodback, the food and agriculture technologies initiative of Impact Hub Istanbul. She is responsible for overseeing the programs and projects carried out under the Foodback umbrella. Şahin holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Psychology, and she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sustainability at Istanbul Technical University.

With over five years of experience in managing grant-funded projects, she has previously worked on various topics such as EU–Türkiye relations, civil society dialogue, and multiculturalism. Her favorite areas of work are food and agriculture, sustainability, and gender equality.
