İlteber Uçar graduated from the Department of Sociology at Boğaziçi University.
He is currently pursuing his master’s degree at the Eurasia Institute of Earth Sciences at Istanbul Technical University (ITU). Uçar works as an Environmental Justice Program Assistant at the Center for Spatial Justice.
