İrfan Filik

İrfan Filik graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Eskişehir Osmangazi University in 1999. He then completed his master’s degree at Gazi University, where his thesis focused on examining the energy efficiency and environmental impacts of building materials used in residential construction. Since 2001, Filik has served in various positions within the General Directorate of Forestry. Since 2023, he has been serving as the Head of the Construction and Supply Department at the General Directorate of Forestry.
