Jacqueline Leduc Estrada

Jacqueline Leduc Estrada is an urban planner with over 15 years of international experience in housing policy, care systems, gender equality advocacy, and the fight against poverty, developed in cities such as Mexico City, Paris, New York, and Ouagadougou.
She holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from UNAM, as well as a master's degree in Urban Planning and Housing from the Institut d'Urbanisme de Paris, and another in Urban Policy from Hunter College in New York.
A committed feminist, passionate about world cultures and a natural bridge-builder, she is known for her ability to foster strategic partnerships, lead participatory processes, and engage stakeholders across sectors.
Her professional journey spans advocacy for care systems at the United Nations, leadership in civil society organizations and grassroots work, along with experience in the design and implementation of housing policies and local development strategies.
She is deeply committed to creating spaces where the voices of historically excluded communities are heard and valued. She firmly believes that care, equity, social justice, and access to adequate housing are essential pillars for sustainable cities and collective well-being.
