Kıvılcım Kıran

Kıvılcım Kıran received her BA in Psychology from Istanbul Bilgi University and her BA in History from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University.

She completed her MA in Clinical Psychology at Kent University and her MA in Organizational Psychology at Istanbul Bilgi University. She also holds a Human Resources Specialization Certificate from Boğaziçi University. She is pursuing her PhD in Psychology at Okan University.

In addition to providing psychological services to individuals and couples, she also organizes psychoeducation groups and training seminars for individuals and organizations. She has received various basic and advanced training in EMDR, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Approaches, and Gottman Couple Therapy.

In addition to providing individual counseling services, Kıran also works as a Mindfulness and Compassion Program Trainer. She received her Mindfulness training at Oxford and Bangor Universities, the Institute of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (IMA) in Germany, and her Compassion psychoeducation at Compassionate Mind and Balanced Minds in England. Kıran implements Mindfulness and Compassion-Based Programs and also conducts trainer training in these areas through the Mindcare Academy, which she co-founded.

Before her work in psychology, Kıran worked as a manager in Human Resources for multinational companies. Drawing on her experience in this field, she provides corporate training, coaching, and mentoring services. Kıran completed her coaching training with the Co-Active Coaching School and has also served as a Workplace Consultant at the Oxford University Mindfulness Center in Türkiye.
