Marine Francois

Graduated from La Sorbonne University (Paris) with a degree in International Relations, Marine Francois works as part of the European Membership team at ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability. In her role, she supports and strengthens ICLEI’s network of local and regional governments.

She focuses on ensuring that the network remains dynamic and responsive to the evolving needs of its members across the European Secretariat, which covers Europe, the Middle East, and Western Asia. Her work includes facilitating knowledge exchange, promoting best practices, and helping local and regional authorities advance their sustainability efforts.
