Mervan Önen

Mervan Önen is a designer at Tabure Urban Design Studio, where he develops sustainable and innovative projects at the scale of public spaces. He has been involved in and led various public space transformation and improvement projects.

He is currently pursuing his master’s degree at Istanbul Technical University while providing project-based design services to different firms. Önen completed his undergraduate studies at the same university and, after graduation, worked as a project lead and architect at Onaranlar Kulübü.

He has gained experience in diverse areas such as construction site management, workshop facilitation, and graphic design, and has worked with his former team on projects focused on streets and public life.
