Merve Ağca

Merve Ağca completed her undergraduate education at Marmara University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration (French). She studied political science at the Grenoble Institute of Political Studies (IEP de Grenoble) and completed her master's degree at Istanbul University, Local Governments, Urban and Environmental Studies Program.

She is currently serving as Environmental Management Coordinator and Director of Migration and Social Policy Center at Marmara Municipalities Union. Ağca has coordinated several international projects, including the Resilience in Local Governance (RESLOG-Turkey) Project, the Integrated Municipal Governance Project, and the EU Beurs Project under the EU Scholarship Programme. Her work focuses on local governments, the environment, climate change, governance, local diplomacy, migration, and social policy.
