Merve Aydıner

Merve Aydıner is the founder and CEO of Invamar Technology. After completing her Textile Engineering degree at Istanbul Technical University, she specialized in design, building a career that bridges engineering and design disciplines, with a focus on deep technology.
Under Aydıner’s leadership, Invamar has developed a global-scale big data ecosystem through its flagship product, FabenodeIoT, which collects biosignals from textile-based sensors at a frequency of 512 Hz to monitor stress, fatigue, and health conditions in real time. The company provides proactive safety, prevention, and stress-based efficiency management solutions across diverse sectors, including driver safety, aviation, heavy industry, and municipal infrastructure. Previously, she led the team that developed the world’s first ECG-measuring smart textile, tested under extreme conditions worldwide. Through her groundbreaking work, she has received numerous innovation and entrepreneurship awards in Europe and Türkiye. Invamar was also recognized by ASELSAN as the “Best Deep Technology Startup.” Additionally, with her MeSenseU solution, she has pioneered initiatives aimed at transforming the biosignals of nonverbal individuals, such as those with autism and similar neurodevelopmental conditions, into a communication tool.
She actively manages projects supported by EIT, the European Commission, and national funding programs, working to transform Invamar into a global deep technology company. With a vision to democratize technology, she places design thinking and ethical innovation at the core of her strategic leadership.
