Natalija Spasovska

Natalija Spasovska has been working with GIZ to advance the social inclusion of disadvantaged groups, with a strong focus on developing inclusive policies and services at the local level since 2011, 

Her work centers on the development and application of social mapping as an evidence-based policy-making tool, grounded in the principles of intersectionality. This methodology helps municipalities identify overlapping vulnerabilities, understand barriers to inclusion, and plan targeted, evidence-based social protection measures. Through this approach, she aims to bridge the gap between data and practice, enabling local governments to allocate resources more effectively and to design inclusive, community-based services that address real needs on the ground.
