Nilüfer Çınarlı Mutlu

Nilüfer Çınarlı Mutlu completed her education at the Faculty of Architecture, Department of Architecture, at Dokuz Eylül University in İzmir. She served as the publication secretary of Ege Mimarlık (Aegean Architecture) magazine at the İzmir Branch of the Chamber of Architects.

Between 2000 and 2019, she served as a Secretary Member of the Board of Directors of the İzmir Branch of the Chamber of Architects. From 2019 to 2023, she held the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at İzmir Innovation and Technology Inc., operating under İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, where she gained significant experience in the fields of public administration and local governance.

During her tenure at İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, she prioritized national and international research, analysis, and infrastructure projects in the process of transforming İzmir into a smart city, producing projects within the scope of technology development. She also worked on creating resilient cities, carrying out healthy and exemplary urban transformation, addressing housing issues in cities, and alleviating urban poverty.
