Nilüfer Kart Aktaş

Nilüfer Kart Aktaş graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Forestry, Department of Landscape Architecture in 1998. 

In 2000, she started to work as a Research Assistant at Istanbul University, Faculty of Forestry, Department of Landscape Architecture. In 2002, she completed her master’s degree at Istanbul University Institute of Graduate Studies in Sciences, Department of Landscape Architecture and completed her doctorate in the same department in 2008. In 2009, she became an Assistant Professor at Istanbul University Faculty of Forestry, Department of Landscape Architecture. In 2019, she became an Associate Professor in the same department, and in 2020, she also completed her undergraduate degree in Sociology at Istanbul University Faculty of Open and Distance Education, and also received the title of Sociologist.
