Nur İşcan Pekçalışır
Urban Planer, Bursa Metropolitan Municipality
Nur İşcan Pekçalışır graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of City and Regional Planning.
She gained experience in various disciplines, strengthening both my communication and organizational skills. Following her graduation, she volunteered as an instructor to contribute to social benefit; later, she took on administrative responsibilities at a law firm, further developing her ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner. I then worked with marketing and event organizations in Türkiye and abroad, actively engaging in brand management, international events, and training processes. These diverse experiences provided her with a broad perspective on both human relations and strategic planning.
Building on this multifaceted background, she pursued her professional passion and transitioned into the field of urban planning at the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality’s Bursa Planning Agency. She serves as the Participatory Planning Coordinator for the 2050 Vision 1/100,000 Scale Bursa Environmental Master Plan, collaborating with stakeholders to help shape a sustainable, inclusive, and innovative future for the city.
