Onur Atay

Onur Atay is an architect and an urban practitioner. 

Since 2013, he has been supervising participatory architecture projects through workshops and by programming creative spaces for the public good. He has designed and managed creative hubs and programs aimed at empowering collective decision-making processes on a national and international scale. Atay seeks to balance his professional work between researching urban history and experimenting with social and digital tools to enrich the built environment. He is currently working with Urban.koop, which he co-founded. Urban.koop is an urban studies cooperative that focuses on generating social impact through urban innovation.
