Seçkin Karataş

Seçkin Karataş provides executive coaching and mentorship to organizations, focusing on personal growth and cultural transformation as key drivers of leadership development. A graduate of Marmara University (Economics) and Boğaziçi University (Executive MBA), he contributes to leadership development by teaching organizational transformation courses, previously at Sabancı and currently at Boğaziçi University.

Since 2024, he has been coaching executives under Mentor Leadership, designing internal mentoring systems, and serving as a program director in leadership development programs.

In 2025, Seçkin was appointed as the General Manager of the Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG – Toplum Gönüllüleri Vakfı), one of the largest youth-led NGOs in Turkey. At TOG, he leads efforts to empower young people through volunteering, civic engagement, and creating future-ready communities across the country.
