Simona Bošković

Simona Bošković is a project manager and EU funds expert with over 12 years of experience in international cooperation, municipal governance, and EU-funded project implementation. 

She currently serves as the Secretary of the Committee for International Cooperation and EU Integration at the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro. Her previous roles include Project Manager and Acting Manager of the Municipality of Danilovgrad, as well as Financial Expert at the Ministry of Interior. She has extensive experience in coordinating EU projects such as IPA, Interreg, ADRION, and Creative Europe, with particular expertise in PRAG-compliant procurement, budget management, and stakeholder cooperation. Bošković is also a certified public procurement officer and an accredited trainer for EU project preparation and implementation.
