Sinan Öztimur

Sinan Öztimur completed his middle school education at Bornova Anatolian High School (German) and his high school education at Bursa Science High School. He graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Computer Programming and Anadolu University with a degree in Business Administration, and completed the Koç University Leadership Program in 2017.

Öztimur began his career in 1997 as a System Administrator at Escortnet. After gaining international experience, he worked as a Network and Security Specialist at İntrakets. In 2002, he joined İŞNET, a subsidiary of İşbank, as a Network and Security Manager, and later worked at Probil. In 2007, he started at Turkcell Global Bilgi as a Network and Security Specialist, holding various technical management positions until 2016. During this period, he served as an expat in Minsk, taking responsibility for Ukrainian operations and regional projects. Between 2016 and 2019, he served as IT Director at DRD Fleet Leasing, and in 2020, he became IT Manager at KİPTAŞ. In 2022, he joined İSTTELKOM as SOC Project Manager and worked for three years as IT Services Operations Manager. In February 2025, he was appointed Deputy General Manager of Support Services at BELBİM A.Ş.

As of 2025, Öztimur has been appointed Deputy General Manager of Information Technologies at İSTTELKOM and currently serves as Acting General Manager.
