Tuba Sarı Haksever

Tuba Sarı Haksever graduated from the Department of Architecture at Yıldız Technical University. 

She completed her master’s and doctoral degrees at the same university. Her academic research areas include urban transformation, zoning regulations, housing production, and spatial planning studies within the framework of smart city practices.

She currently works at the Urban Transformation Planning Directorate of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. In addition, she serves as a visiting lecturer at the university, teaching a course on the history of housing and zoning. At the municipality, she is involved in urban transformation projects, architectural projects, and planning strategies in line with her areas of expertise.
