Tuğçe Üzümoğlu

Tuğçe Üzümoğlu joined the WRI Türkiye team in October 2015 as a Project Assistant. As an Environmental Engineer, she has contributed to non-motorized transport projects and initiatives aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, including work on green and clean-fuel vehicles.

She completed internships at the Environmental Permits and Environmental Management departments of the Eskişehir Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization, followed by an internship at EMBARQ Türkiye, where she continued her work for six months as a volunteer. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Anadolu University and, during her studies, conducted projects related to emission distribution using Geographic Information Systems (GIS), air pollution control, and solid waste management.
