En-ROADS Climate Action Workshop – A Collaborative Climate Scenario Experience for the 1.5°C Goal

Using the En-ROADS Climate Model, developed by MIT Sloan and Climate Interactive, a climate scenario will be created together with participants, and the global impacts of proposed climate actions will be observed in real time. In this session, climate solutions suggested by participants will be tested, and pathways to achieving the 1.5°C target set by the Paris Agreement will be explored.

Following the creation of the climate scenario, the workshop will focus on the impacts of the resulting global scenario on local governments and will conclude with insights into strategic climate actions that can generate impact at the local level.
