Taste the Sound! – Experience of Sound, Taste, and the City

This workshop aims to explore the interaction between taste and hearing through an experiential approach. Participants will observe how their sensory perceptions change as they experience the same flavors in different soundscapes. By opening a discussion on the auditory dimension of dining experiences in public spaces, the workshop seeks to generate creative ideas for making cities more inclusive and livable.

Since various foods will be consumed during the workshop, participants must not have any food allergies.
