This session, organized in cooperation with NALAS in cooperation with UN Women, will focus on how public budgets and financial tools can be transformed under the leadership of women mayors to support equality-driven policies. Participants will have the opportunity to explore how smart financing approaches that prioritize equality can serve as a powerful lever for fair development and social transformation.
