Organized in partnership with PLATFORMA, this session will explore the impact of the ongoing war on local governance in Ukraine, highlighting the role of decentralization, reforms, and reconstruction efforts. It will showcase how local governments in Ukraine have maintained service delivery, strengthened resilience, and led the rebuilding of communities during times of crisis. The discussion will also address how international cooperation and multi-level governance can play a vital role in fostering peace and sustainable development.
