Rights on Sale: Housing

Effective multilevel governance is essential to coordinate housing policies across jurisdictions and ensure accountability, equity, and participation. This dialogue, organized in cooperation with UN-Habitat, will focus on the institutional frameworks, legal mechanisms, and multilevel governance models that enable coherent housing strategies across complex metropolitan and regional territories. Particular emphasis will be placed on inclusive governance models that integrate civil society, local governments, private stakeholders, and regional entities.
