Abdullah Aydın

Abdullah Aydın is a former Google leader, executive coach, and organizational development expert. 

He has over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing leadership, culture, and transformation programs. As the founder of Mindahead Consulting and PlayStrategy, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies to empower leaders, enhance team performance, and accelerate large-scale transformation initiatives. During his eleven years at Google, Aydın led talent and team development across North America, EMEA, and LATAM; launched multilingual programs reaching wide audiences; spearheaded award-winning operational excellence initiatives; and built high-performing teams.

He holds an Executive Master’s degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from Oxford and HEC Paris, and is certified in MBTI, Insights Discovery, and LEGO Serious Play. By combining strategic insight with experiential facilitation, he helps organizations turn complexity into clarity and translate vision into actionable results.
