11. Key qualifications:
11.1 More than 15 years of proven experience in the field of strategic organizational planning. Experience in planning includes: strategic plans, arrangement of activities, distribution of human and other resources, budget planning, and devising indicators for the measurement of activity efficiency and achieved results.
11.2 More than 15 years of proven experience in preparation of Manuals for procedures and rules for performance as well as the development of management and control systems.
11.3 More than 15 years of proven experience in evaluating performance of processes and improvement using best international practices (CAF, ISO, LEAN etc.) of processes management at state and international levels.
11.4 More than 10 years of proven experience in conceiving and maintaining integrated quality system which is set up according ISO 9001-2008 and 14000-2004;
11.5 Since 2010 holding a senior manager role with experience in development of organizational structures directed to optimize performance of functions, communication, resources, and budget.
11.6 Profound experience in the development and monitoring of organizational and programme level risk management systems.
11.7 Proven experience in public procurement management processes: planning, preparation of annual procurement plan, participation in procurements performed by CPMA, participation in steering committees, performing the role of chairman in steering committees, monitoring implementation of contracts. Strong background as the supervisor of public procurement performed by other contracting authorities.
11.8 Proven experience in decision making and supervision of Information Technologies management in organization.
11.9 Proven experience in management of horizontal issues related to human resources: system of competences, motivation system, and evaluation of employees, other human resource politics.
11.10 Proven experience in organizational management of assets: management of buildings, transport, equipment.
11.11 Proven experience in the management of internal and external communication.
11.12 Profound experience in the management and supervision of European Unit structural and investment funds for the programing period 2014-2020.
11.13 Proven experience in the management of organizational changes. Leadership and management in organisation of different institutions.
11.14 Proficient in the development of new financing programs (EU structural funds, PHARE program, IPA etc.) , products, management of projects (PMP certification since 2011).
