I bring diverse expertise in community development, project management, and social entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on women and youth empowerment. Holding an Honors degree in Public Relations and Publicity from Marmara University, I've dedicated my career to empowering and uplifting communities, particularly disadvantaged local groups, refugees, women, and youth. My work continues aiming at income generation & livelihoods for disaster-affected individuals and SMEs.
Currently, I am serving as project expert in the "Sosyal Zincir" project implemented by Innovation for Development, aiming to contribute to economic and rural recovery in earthquake-affected areas. Here, I strive to emphasize the importance of sustainable development, local production, access to markets, and strengthening local livelihoods through the development of the social procurement framework in Turkey. In other words I advocate for innovative and sustainable perspectives in economic development.
Through my voluntary and professional efforts, I aspire to bring about positive and lasting impacts in both humanitarian assistance and development initiatives.
Currently, I serve as the coordinator for the "Sosyal Zincir" project at Innovation for Development, where we're committed to facilitating economic and rural recovery in earthquake-affected areas. My efforts have encompassed providing support and opportunities for those in need, with a special emphasis on fostering sustainable livelihoods and social procurement initiatives.
Throughout my journey, I've been recognized with awards for my contributions to social enterprises and humanitarian causes. My unwavering commitment lies in making a positive impact and seeking out opportunities for meaningful projects that bring about lasting change.
