Nazlı Avşaroglu earned her Master's Degree in Social Policy from Boğaziçi University, having previously obtained a degree in Political Science and International Relations. Before taking on the role of Director of Disaster, Field Management, and Community Centers in Turkey at Habitat Association, she accumulated valuable experience by working with various UN agencies such as UNICEF, World Food Programme (WFP), and IOM - UN Migration, across different locations, particularly in the MENA region. Nazlı is a motivated, dedicated, and proactive young professional with over six years of experience working with UN programs and civil society organizations. Her expertise spans a range of areas, including humanitarian emergency response, disaster risk reduction, international migration policies, peacekeeping, public policies targeting vulnerable groups, and inclusive economic growth.
